Sure, they have those accents that everyone seems to love, but in all other regards the playing field has now been leveled.


The Curve SL features one of Dahon's lightest, most compact frames, so if portability is of interest to you then look no further. The Curve SL is stripped down to just what you need and nothing more: the fenders and rack found on the other Curve model have been removed, creating a lighter, sleeker bike. The Curve SL also features removable pedals, allowing for an even more compact package when the situation requires it. Its 16" wheels allow for quick acceleration and increased maneuverability, and with the extra suspension offered by the Schwalbe Big Apple tires the ride will be smooth no matter the road. With 5 speeds, the Curve SL offers all that you'll need for urban or suburban riding.
